Do I have to pay for this app?

The app is free to download, and a large part of the articles is free to read. Some articles are Plus articles, identified with a red label. Non-subscribers can read a few Plus articles for free each month. Are you a subscriber? Then you have unlimited daily access to news, the Digital Edition, and the digital version of the printed newspaper.

I am a subscriber, how do I access all articles in the app?

By logging in on the app, you will get unlimited access. On your smartphone: tap on 'Service' in the navigation bar. On your tablet: tap on 'Menu' at the top left of the screen. Then tap on 'Log in' in the menu that appears. Enter your email address and password from your DPG Media account. If you don't have a DPG Media account, follow the steps on screen to create a free account. You will be automatically logged in.

I am not a subscriber, how do I access all articles in the app?

You can choose unlimited access within the app. There are several (digital) subscription options available, starting from a few euros per week. Upon confirming the purchase, the amount will be charged to your Google Play account unless a free trial period applies first. The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled up to 24 hours before the renewal date. After purchase, you can manage/change your subscription under 'Subscriptions' in the Google Play app.

How do I manage and/or change my subscription?

If you have purchased a subscription via the Play Store, you can manage and/or change your subscription under your account settings in the Google Play app. Visit Google Play's Support page for assistance with your subscription. If you haven't purchased a subscription via Google Play, contact Customer Service at phone number 088 - 0561 533.
